RSQA – Metal Pollutants Monitoring Ville de Montréal

4 DHA-80 High Volume Aerosol Samplers with PM 10 inlets plus heating and insect screen

The Réseau de surveillance de la qualité de l’air (RSQA) is a part of the National Air Pollution Surveillance (NAPS) program, which is managed by Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC). Each network within this program aims to create a long-term collection of reliable and easily accessible data, adhering to the Ambient Air Monitoring and Quality Assurance/Quality Control guidelines. The Metals Pollutants project is one of the RSQA activities that focuses on monitoring atmospheric concentrations of metal pollutants on the island of Montreal, Canada. Using High Volume (Hi-Flow) samplers, the program measures metals on particles smaller than 10 µm over 24-hour sampling periods. The data sets show the concentration of metals at different stations and on specific sampling dates.
