This early spring, Digitel had the pleasure of joining partner Orion for a two-day customer training in Bologna, Italy. The agenda was ambitious, covering several topics with clients in order to provide them with all the necessary tools to efficiently set up and operate their samplers.
We began the training with a brief company description to familiarize end users with the manufacturing principles behind Digitel’s samplers. Then, we provided an overview of three key products: the Low Volume Sampler DPA-14, the High Volume Sampler DHA-80, and the rain sampler DRA-12. Additionally, clients received a detailed look at the start, operation, and maintenance of the samplers. The training was hands-on, allowing clients to see the samplers in action. We showcased different versions of the Low Volume Sampler, including the Standard DPA-14, the Double Line, and the Baby – the newest additions to the Low Volume Sampler line.
Although the training was intensive, important topics were covered and clients had the opportunity to ask questions. It was a great chance to learn more about available resources, network with other professionals, and see firsthand how the samplers are utilized in various settings.
The training venue was wonderful, and Orion nailed it with the organization of the event. I am excited for future events and hope that more customers will take advantage of these valuable training opportunities.
